Unless specifically stated, Ricambi America Inc. does not offer any warranty on any products or services.  Ricambi America Inc. hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Ricambi America Inc. neither assumes nor authorizes any other person or entity to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of any item(s).

By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

Returns Policy

From time to time, issues may arise with an order. We will do everything reasonable to ensure customer satisfaction. If you wish to return an item, you must contact us by email or phone prior to returning any merchandise. Our customer service team will issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#), which must accompany your return along with a copy of your original sales receipt.
Unauthorized returns will not receive credit and will be returned to you.

Please review the following return policy conditions:

  • No returns will be accepted on open merchandise.

  • Products ordered online at www.ricambiamerica.com may only be returned if found to be defective upon receipt.

  • Special-order and non-returnable items include wheel bolts, spacers, car covers, tools, and exhaust components.

  • Electrical items are not returnable under any circumstances.

  • Items that have been installed, used, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.

Ricambi America Inc reserves the right to charge a 25% restocking fee for any unauthorized or unapproved returns.

If an order qualified for free shipping and is later returned, we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping cost from your refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an incorrect shipment by Ricambi America Inc.

Discounts and coupon codes cannot be applied retroactively under any circumstances.

Important: We do not accept returns shipped via the United States Postal Service.
All authorized returns must be shipped via FedEx, UPS, or DHL. Returns sent via USPS will be refused or returned to sender.
