How to Measure a Ferrari Ring Nut or Ring Nut Tool

Four-nib Ferrari ring nuts are measured by their largest outside diameter when selecting the appropriate removal tool. The green line, as drawn in the photo below is measured in milimeters and used to determine the tool size required.
