This is a complete kit to modify the horns on models that have that electric horns installed instead of the classic air horns. Primarily the Ferrari 360, 430 and Enzo have the electric "Honda" sounding horns.

Can also be used as a "repair" kit for other models.  Installation is straightforward, but does require removal of the front bumper to easily reach all the necessary mounting points and wiring.
