Fuel Pump Rubber (1990's)
Ethanol : the best thing that ever happened to corn famers in America.
Ethanol : the worst thing that happened to Ferrari owners with 1990's era cars.
If your Ferrari has begun to exhibit fuel related problems (fuel sender issues, clogged filters, fuel pressure inconsistencies etc), there is a high probability the rubber pieces within your fuel system are being dissolved by ethanol-laden fuels. For models which use the rubber pump 'isolator' gaskets which surround the fuel pump body, we offer Ethanol-resistant aftermarket gaskets. These fit a variety of fuel pumps from 36mm skinny pumps (456, 550 Maranello) to the wider 53mm and 60mm pumps found on the 348/F355).
