What are all these crazy abbreviations in your Ferrari Parts Catalogs? GS, GD, SX, DX, arrrrg !!
These abbreviations come from the original Italian parts books of Ferrari.

DX = Right side of the vehicle, as if you are standing BEHIND the car. (Destra)

SX = Left side of the vehicle, as if you are standing BEHIND the car. (Sinistra)

GD = Right hand drive vehicle, like UK, Australia, etc. (Guida Destra)

GS = Left hand drive vehicle, like USA, France, most markets. (Guida Sinistra)

RM = Reverse gear (Retromarcia)

MY = Model Year
- C6 = For Switzerland, up to Model Year 1986
- C7 = For Switzerland, Model Year 1987
- C8 = For Switzerland and Austria, Model Year 1988
