YES! We are equally frustrated with the extremely inconsistent performance of DHL Express for our international transportation, and have begun a transition to FedEx services. The use of FedEx service for all outbound international shipments has begun on 1 OCT 2017, and we are actively transitioning to FedEx for our inbound suppliers. We share your frustration with shipping delays over the past several months, at the hands of DHL Express, and are working diligently to improve our on-time delivery of goods through the use of alternate carriers.
