Ricambi America is proud to carry these unique Ferrari
Window Accelerator Modules. If your car is like most middle-aged
Ferraris (mid 1980's to mid 1990's), you're probably frustrated with the slow
moving windows that crawl upward and sometimes actually require manual
"pulling" to completely close them. In some cases, the problem is
rock-hard grease in the window tracks, in other cases the problem is broken
wires in the door connection. However, in almost all cases, there is a
significant problem of growing electrical resistance as the window winds up.
These modules solve the problem by creating a new ground circuit in the
window.
The pictorial below shows how installation is performed:
----Above--- These are the insulating covers that house the connections. These need to be connected to
directly with the 2 power wires of the module
----Above--- Cut short the Ferrari wiring and shortened the cables by about 10 inches, this further improves and
lowers the resistance.
Then, reconnect everything together with the crimps provided. Shorter
cables will only improve current flow!
----Above--- You can see here the main earth wire (in blue) is connected neatly to one of the door chassis bolts
and is very convenient for location of the module

Finally the connections are taped up to eliminate corrosion, then cable tied and neatly tucked
down below the speaker.
